PLC control system, it is easy to set data and operate, machine can calculate running trail automatically by inputting 3 parameters, which are perimeter of top and bottom, bucket and height of bucket. 2.With air pressure sensor to make which more balanced. 3.Heat transfer pressure, temperature, speed and time are adjustable. 4.Adjustable with different angle and front-back position on bottom of mould. 5.Tension control system makes heat transfer film smooth but not folded. 6.High precise sensor combines with double times speed to collect film. 7.Pattern of heat transfer is stable and precise, especially suitable for bar code and OR code. 8.XYZ triaxial servo matches the taper and work track which enable photo to be heat transferred in a high accurate position.
